What We Do

NET helps building owners decide which manufacturers' technologies makes most sense for their building after assesing customers' cooling and hot water needs, solar insolation rates, peak shaving or backup energy needs, current HVAC infrastructure, electric rates and demand charges, and payback requirements.

NET represents only manufacturers offering high-performance, time-tested, cost-effective products to bring the very best technology options to customers. Other value added to technology specifying and pricing include:

  • Customer needs assessment
  • Pre-engineering and optimization of the energy system
  • Cost, payback and 20-year lifetime energy savings calculations

  • Financing options
  • Engineering and installation RFP guidance
